Viajeros is an immersive Spanish programme like no other. You will:
Boost your Spanish. Confidence, speaking skills and motivation. This is unparalleled.
Get curious. Complete learning activities and a group investigation exploring culture, social life and history
Meet like minded people. Be part of a group exploring the language and culture.
Learn and consolidate your Spanish in an immersive array of group activities and in-country tasks over three nights and four days 5pm Thursday 19 until 2pm Sunday 22 in Alicante with:
- Themed walks to engage you with the culture and history of Alicante
- Food and drink tastings.
- Social games night with locals.
- A scavenger hunt designed to get you reading signs and speaking.
- A local dance class with professional teacher.
- Mindfulness and journalling on the beach
- A warm up classes in London to set up and rehearse and wrap up class to collate and present findings. .

FAQs
When should I book my flights?
Only book flights once your place on the programme is confirmed officially via email. The registration and deposit paid does not guarantee your place is secured.
What happens if the programme is cancelled?
Your deposit and any course cost paid will be refunded if the programme is cancelled.
Does Stripey Spanish organise my accommodation or flights?
No. The teacher, however, does invite you to share their hotel informally in twin rooms sharing with one other person. She will inform you of the cost once numbers are final. For a shared room for three nights 19-22 March costs expected to be £120-£150 for sharing in a twin but this will be confirmed after the final numbers. This will be a person of the same sex.
Who is eligible for this programme?
This programme is only currently available for current and past Stripey Spanish students. Priority will be given to current students and active members of the Student Club.
What level is it for?
It is suitable for anyone who has completed the Level 1 course. Sessions will be differentiated through different expectations or support frameworks for different levels.
What if the trip fills up before I register?
If registration becomes full you will have the option of being held on a waiting list until a place becomes available.
What is extra?
Friendships, great Spanish speaking memories and sense of achievement, overall raising of your Spanish game, travelling with a group of like minds with a singular language learning objective, exploring the culture through a unique lens of being curious and explicitly learning together, travelling with your own Spanish teacher who knows you and is tracking your progress over time and coming back to build on your progress in London.
What is included in the cost?
Tuition, 20 hours contact time, tour fees and all resources.
What is not included in the cost?
Flights, accommodation, insurance, visas, meals, entrance, local transport and little expenses like snacks.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You need to purchase your own travel insurance.
What if I change my mind or cannot participate due to illness or life circumstances after registering?
The deposit is non refundable.
The cost is not transferable.
Cost is refundable up until Wednesday 18 February.
