Join us at Sorbito in Stoke Newington for a Charlita - 'little chat' as part of our mezcal appreciation club.
July’s session is focussed on the terruño - what the soil, climate, geography and ecosystem does to the agave plant and its profile.
Led by Stripey Spanish School, Charlita social club will be centred around improving your Spanish and whilst picking up some new knowledge of Mexican culture.
Try either a measure (25ml) of the mezcal of the month or compare two ‘sorbitos’ (15m) and explore its flavour profile in Spanish.

Practise Spanish social conversation practise focussing on the simple past tense.
